My Background

I earned a degree as an Industrial Engineering in 1992 in Peru, where I am originally from. I have a background in financing in two international Banks in my country, working as a Loan-Sales Supervisor and a Loan Officer. I have also worked in International organizations in Washington DC since 2000; the Organization of American States (OAS) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) in the Education Department and Human Resources Department respectively.

I started working as a Real Estate Agent in 2003 and have consistently been part of the Million Dollar Club and Top Producer in the Prince William Association of Realtors.

 I am a blessed mother of two children. In my spare time I volunteer for the PTA and different activities in my children’s schools and the day care in my Church in Woodbridge. My fun activities include arts and crafts and sewing projects for my family and my home. In addition, I enjoy working and sharing with people from different cultures and backgrounds. Building lasting long-term relationships is my primary goal. I am a true believer that success is a journey, not a destination. I love to help people to be successful buyers or sellers. I have learned that Real Estate is my passion where I can combine my creativity from having been an Engineer with my vocation in sales to provide my clients the best path to the homeownership.
